The report is explicitly presented to the two companies Bentley and Brooks (B&B) who are the clients and Alphacorp who is the service providers. The case will address the problem that exist between the two companies’. B&B have outsourced more of the staff from Alphacorp but Alphacorp seems to be frustrating their effort by failing to bring innovations The assumption behind coming up with a viable solution is that the two companies are ready and to agree on the common goal, this means they are willing and ready to take up my recommendations. Another assumption to address challenge is that the two companies have full production capacity, which means that Alphacorp is in the capacity to bring innovations and the clients have the capacity to utilize it. Holding the above assumptions constant the following are my recommendation on what should actually happen to get alpha bring innovation within the able.

First he innovation contract contains loopholes which must be filled. The innovation outsourcing has not been identified in the contract but was just discussed during the outsourcing proposals and innovations. Discussing it is not enough the contact should be reviewed to ensure that this important clause is added. That is the only way that Alphacorp can be forced to act or legal action taken against it…

The two companies face two different problem he Latin American company faces an outsourcing problem while the B&B faces a contractual problem. The solution to their problem will be different in the short run. The Latin America services have been exceptionally poor. The evidence of the poor quality of the services provided were generally visible; the company’s customers were generally dissatisfied and the falling server level agreement. Hence the procedure and the methods for solving their innovation outsourcing problem are different. However in the long run after all factor become constant the solution to their problems will be the same…

B&B should learn from its mistakes and correct its outsourcing procedure, the company should first streamline its internal structure and correct the internal flaws. From the recommendations B&B does no fully understand its internal business processes. In future the company should first familiarize with internal business structure, this way it will be better positioned to correct inconsistencies, reduce redundancies and even discover the gaps that exist. If the internal business process is streamlined it will be easier to estimate the benefits that arise from outsourcing. B&B is heavily dependent on outsource a fact that is quite dangerous for any organization, in case of failure by service provider to honor the promise, it mean the company suffers most. It’s important therefore to streamline the internal process before thinking about outsourcing, outsourcing should be an option of last resort and lastly, innovations should be sourced from genuine service provider to limit chances of failure…
