Gender inequality is a vice that exists in the society today and affects every single person. In whatever field, men are preferred to women who claim the same capacity and competence. Many assume that women are limited and their involvement in a given technical field can lead to delays and failure. However, this perception affects the whole community and draws back human kind. Ignoring women is like overlooking a unique resource in the society that would rather be employed for a change.
