Nissan Motor Company is one of the leading global cars manufacturers. Situated in Yokohama, the Japanese company is a multinational car manufacturer that sells cars under various brands such as Nissan, Datsun, and Infiniti. The Nissan brand is found in different parts of the world and is known for the highly innovative vehicles and service programs. The Infiniti brand is known for its high performance in various markets such as Canada, Europe, Russia and the United States. The Datsun brand, on the other hand, is known for its highly sustainable driving experience to the potential customers in high growth markets.     

Founded in 1932, the company remains one of the best sellers in the automobile industry. Today, the products of Nissan are fund in various continents such as Asia, Central and South America and even some parts of Africa. The types of cars produced by the company include; Versa, Xterra, Rogue, Altima, Sentra and Pathfinder among others. To increase its productivity and competitiveness I the global market, Nissan has partnered with the French company Renault since 1999 and Mitsubishi Motors since 2016 under the Renault-Nissan Alliance.  Today, the company is rated the sixth largest automobile manufacturer after Toyota, General Motors, Volkswagen Group, Ford and Hyundai Motor Group.
