The proper exchange of information in any setting allows the development of excellent interrelationships. The Dean Witter’s boss where Chris works interacts freely with the employees empowering them and in turn creating trust between them. Additionally, senior managers also address Chris in a more casual form and personal. One of the bosses does not find it hard to borrow some cab fare from Chris showing their exemplary relationship.
