Servant leadership

The leaders are characterized by a natural feeling of wanting to serve first before taking a further step to lead. From experience, it is notable that the servant leadership approach is an effective leadership style considering its numerous advantages. Servant leadership promotes moral reasoning among team members, hence sharing a common goal and vision aimed at achieving success. In a diversified workforce, servant leadership ensures that each member of the group receives an equal opportunity hence allowing for a personalized management for each team member, thus promoting cohesion (Kent, 2017).
